Recipe Page Update
I didn't have the gumption to rewrite my restaurant reviews, but I did update my recipe pages. Recipes courtesy of this month's Cooking Light Magazine. I've made four recipes out of this issue since it arrived and they all get the thumbs up. I've already posted the Thai-Style Beef recipe, here are three more:

I think both Rona and I pictured the old-world stuffed-in-pig-guts type of sausage, which made her queasy and me curious to hear the disgusting sausage making story. Now that I've seen the actual recipe, this sounds amazing! Since I had to miss black bean sausage chili night, maybe we'll just have to have you guys over to our new house and we'll make some of your recipes for you on our brand-new appliances. :)
